Saw the commercial, read the gadget review here, and decided to give it a try. (Bought from WalMart with the free DVD for $19, WAY less than the commercial is advertising for.)

Based on the footage of people using the Shake Weight and the review here, I was led to believe that the device was mechanical, doing the shaking for you. BOY WAS I WRONG!

Upon listening carefully to the commercial again, it tells you that it is a “manual device which requires no batteries.” I was deceived by the toned beauties on the commercial shaking the weight in very small movements which looked mechanical! LOL

To its credit, I have used it for about 2 minutes and I am already “feeling it” in my arms. I’m still not sold and am keeping my receipt, but am willing to give it a try.

hey its me again i bought my ab cirlce on 2/28/10 we went to the swameet and i got i new for $115 im really happy just 10 mins on it my heart started pumping really fast,thats a sign it works i stared sweeting in 15 to 20 mins i really like it oh and i put oil in the rollers and it slides way nicer ….

As tuff times.
Knowing you need to lose the weight. You see this product on TV and think if only I could find a way to purchase it.
You go to your budget and find the 29.95 * 2, call the 800 number to find you also need another 19.95 for shipping.
This stinks.
To get excited that maybe you have found a product which will help you and again you can not afford it.

Some day when the product has free shipping, I will purchase the product

hi im planing to buy mine prety soon im 15 yrs and i just had a baby girls on 7/23/09.in my pregnacy i gain like 40 lbs so right now i im at 198 lbs and i have to loose like 40 lbs will this help i have to get all that weight off some pople say its great and others say its the worst thing ever…what should i do i need help i dont want to waste $220 on it and if it dosnt work im gonna be so dissapointed.if some one has some tips could you please leave them on allyrivera@live.com thanks and i would really appreciate it.

I bought the ab circle pro many months ago, and its a waste of money! At 5 foot 1 and weighing 110 im not considered to be carrying extra weight but after 3 kids and having major back problems due to scoliosis, which makes sit ups impossible, I was excited to see this to try and tone up. Within days of using the wear and tear was very noticeable and I found very quickly the knee pads suck! I continued to use it, as you say nothing works unless you use it, well months went by and I found no difference in my abs, buns or thighs like they advertise and sell the product for. My arms, yes, they were the only thing that seemed to be benefiting from something I paid a lot of money for. So disappointed with this product. My advice, go to walmart spend 15 bucks on an exercise ball and do your sit ups on that. Easy on the back, and knees. Affordable and effective! Ab circle pro is poorly made, and incredibly poorly advertised.

Great ideas. I find the Pilates method fascinating. I began I feel much more motivated and nowhere near as tired. I I highly suggest that everyone takes up Pilates.
