My girlfriend got me the Supreme 90 day program for New Years (I used to workout consistently but got super lazy and just stopped) I am on my 2nd week, and it is awesome. I am already feeling the results. These exercises are pretty high intensity. I have never sweated as much working out in my previous years of working out. I feel stronger and healthier. The best things about these workouts, are that they are pretty short. All workouts are under an hour so it is great for those who don't have much time. You only need a stability ball and a few dumbbells. This is a great system and I highly recommend that anyone who wants to get into shape to try it. It's only $20, you won't regret it.

I just finished my first week of Kettleworx and Im very disappointed. The editing is horrible and the excerises are repetitive. I used to workout 6 days a week using only kettlebells and I was in very good shape but I just had a baby 4 months ago and was on 4 months bedrest so Im definitly not in any shape right now, but these workouts didnt even make me break a sweat! Its very frustrating having to pause the dvd to do equal reps on each side and having to go from a standing exercise to a mat exercise within 2 seconds. I just did the back and chest dvd and I didnt do one back or chest exercise!!!!! Im going to finish the 6 weeks just to see if it gets any better and to gain some strength to do my insanity workout (which makes you sweat)

I don't watch tv anymore so I have no clue what people are talking about. i saw this contraption in a ROSS which is where you'd find these things if unsure about buying one. It seems to offer the same sort of workout you'd get from shaking any weight. If you want a real passive workout get one of those electrode things that contract muscles electrically, I've heard those work, but I don't think they burn fat, they just build muscle.

I just got the Supreme 90 day system from my brother for Christmas, something we plan to do together. We are both in our mid-twenties and in good shape, we workout with free weights and plyometrics at home independently, and have been lifting off and on for a few years now. I have a supercharged metabolism and have never been able to gain much weight ( I am currently 6 foot 1 inch 155lbs). I have used creatine, protein powder (whey and soy), and once even tried a 7k calorie diet to no avail ( my new obsession is a whey protein, ovaltine, whole milk and Brewer's yeast shake). My brother is a different story, he is trying to shed a few lbs. and get back into shape. So far looking over the system I'm very impressed and I can't wait to get started, but I am a skeptic as I have been trying to reach my 170lbs weight goal for 5 years now and have had very little progress. I'll be back in a week or two with an update of my progress representing the slim guys trying to make a gain.

This is a great thread group! Stumbled across this series last night in a BB forum and decided to check into it. Saw a YouTube of one of the workouts (I don't even have the set yet, but saw "Sally" and HATE her! lol. I found this online @ Bed Bath and Beyond for $9.99 WITH the bonus ab DVD (and available at my local store)! With a 20% coupon :-), the complete set with bonus is $7.99! What's not to love? I ordered the 10-Minute Trainer and Shakeology for a BB Challenge about a week ago (still waiting for it to arrive) but I am DEFINITELY going to get this tonight on my way home. We have P90X and Insanity at home, but P90X is just too time consuming and Insanity is just...insane. I am a Lifetime WW member so I will continue my eating habits from that and see how it goes. I would like to do TMT in the am and Supreme 90 in the pm. Anyone else doing a hybrid program?
