Supreme 90 Day Workout Reviews

by Carol on January 3, 2011

You can tell it’s the new year can’t you? The new batch of exercise related products has already hit the streets and it’s only the January the third.

One of the latest is The Supreme 90 Day Workout.

I’ll declare up front I don’t have this system so I’m asking anyone who has purchased it to post a review in the comments area below. I would love to try it out but sadly they don’t ship to the UK :(

On the face of it it looks like any other Get Ripped Abs in 90 days product. On the plus side it does at least say 90 days and not 7 also it’s resonavly priced at $19.99 + $6,99 S&H

Using terms like muscle confusion (what is that anyway) this product has been created by Cal Pozo and includes 10 DVD’s so at least you’re getting a big package!

On the plus side it does look like real exercise as the infomercial shows people actually using dumbells which I have to say is a plus and combined with the more realistic 90 day time line this may be a product worth taking a look at.

Sadly no real reviews appear to be available at the moment but with a bit of luck someone will buy it and post one here as I’m really curious about this one.

So if you have a spare $27 lying around after Christmas why not take a look and tell me what you think. You never know it might actually be a great product.

Well Just bought the supreme 90 day workout. I am one who tends to want to see what I am buying and it took awhile to find the website that gives examples of the DVD…After finally finding one I decided to buy. When you buy the workout they force an additional 4.99 charge for the Ab dvd. After declining all of the other offers the total came to just over $31. I will follow up with my opinions on the DVD. I have the original p90 and have used that a little bit and I also thought about p90x but for the price of this and the similar methods I got this. I will follow up once I can begin trying the DVDs

Carol January 7, 2011 at 6:10 pm

Thanks Josh I’m really interested in what you think of it and I think yours will be the very first real review of this product.

Bob January 12, 2011 at 1:13 am

I would really like to see some comparisons between P90x and this workout. Even after the the final price of $31, is it really as good as P90? How do they do it so cheap? They’re cutting cost somewhere I’m sure, but where? Anyway, looking forward to your insight. Thanks

Karen January 12, 2011 at 6:12 am

Hi Josh, have you actually received the supreme 90 day dvd workout. I purchased it about 1 week ago and have yet to see or hear anything about it. Please let me know I have not seen anyone on line that have received the dvd.

Charlie January 12, 2011 at 6:47 pm

I ordered the supreme 90 day workout videos a week ago. I just talked to I guess their customer service department at 800-777-4034. They said my order would be shipped around 2/15. The web page will help you track your order.

Tina January 12, 2011 at 8:32 pm

I just order this a couple of days ago. I couldn’t find any reviews from anyone that has actually recieved it yet, but for the price I thought I’d give it a try.. The web site said it could take from 3 to 6 weeks to recieve it. There was an option for expidited shipping at an additional charge of $9.99. Since I currently have a regular workout routine I chose to wait out the delivery time. So, looking forward to hearing from those who recieve theirs first.

robert January 13, 2011 at 12:10 am

I surprise myself sometimes. I don’t have the patience to wait in a review, so I went ahead and bought it. I hope its nit going to take over a month to receive this. What a joke. Anyway. I’ll fill you in with a review later.

ricky January 13, 2011 at 3:48 am

i just bought this workout videos havent received them yet. i was just wondering for those of u who have already did them or who are doing them. what workout equipment is need to do all those videos? i want to be already prepared to jump right on it as soon as i receive it.

Sammy January 16, 2011 at 8:55 am

@Ricky It says on the website and in the commercials that you don’t need to go to the gym, so hopefully you will need minimal equipment. That’s why I got it. My gym is far from my dorm and I don’t want to trek to the gym every morning in the cold.

I ordered it today and I’m excited to see what you get compared to the P90x. Like Bob, I’m skeptical about the quality of the DVDs/program since there’s such a disparity in price. I don’t have the p90x but I have friends that did it. I think their food guide/diet is more intense than the Supreme 90 Day. I think you just get a diet “guideline” booklet with the Supreme 90 day.

Jesse January 16, 2011 at 5:37 pm

I purchased product Dec. 17, 2010 and have not yet received it; however, I did receive an email on the 14th of January saying that it had been shipped and gave me a link to FEDEX to track it. Their website does say to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and they have a website to check order status which I used. I checked it once and it told me that due to demand it was on backorder, but should be shipped within about 15 days. I will let you know how it goes later.

Jesse January 16, 2011 at 5:44 pm

Wow! This website must be somewhere in England by the time difference!

Carol January 16, 2011 at 6:06 pm

You’re right Jesse well spotted :)

Karen January 16, 2011 at 9:40 pm

I guess that no one has received Supreme 90 even if it was purchase using FEDEX its all the same time between the 1st and 2nd week in February. NO ONE has received it yet and when you call customer service the rep. seem to be annoyed if you ask too many questions. I wonder if this is a scam and we have all been had. I ordered my DVD in December

Richard January 17, 2011 at 6:20 pm

Yah, ordered the workout dvd set and that stuck me with an additional $4.99 for the ab dvd that I did not want but at least they give you something for that sneaky backdoor charge . I am sure we will all be posting about how good (or bad ) this set with will be. Hopefully it won’t be my first rip -off of the new year for me!

April January 19, 2011 at 9:14 pm

I too ordered the system and never received any confirmation or anything! Yikes!

Mary January 20, 2011 at 10:46 pm

I have been wondering about this product as well. A 90 day workout program sounds intriguing and realistic. However, I found that a new video game has a 9 week program that seems to feature the same type of workout system. If anyone is wondering, the ‘muscle confusion’ is to keep your body from developing ‘muscle memory’ which tends to be the most likely cause of the ‘workout plateau.’

Jesse January 21, 2011 at 8:05 am

I received my order yesterday afternoon,(ordered Dec 17,2010), and reviewed the first dvd Intro, Chest & Back.
Looks awesome to me! I can’t wait to get started! This looks like just what I needed. Plug it in to my laptop and away I will go! Well worth the money in my opinion.

Katie January 22, 2011 at 3:49 am

I have never done p90x before and I was thinking about buying it because I need to start getting in shape for a drum corps. It so expensive!! D: I just bought the Supreme 90 day work out ($22.00) from a Bed, Bath & Beyond in my town today. I haven’t looked at the dvd’s yet but everything looks pretty amazing so far. They have every meal planned out for you and they give you suggestions of good foods to buy/eat and nutritional facts. I can’t wait to get started on it tomorrow and I will post in a few days my opinions, though I can’t compare it to the p90x, I already think it’s better.

Jesse January 24, 2011 at 12:46 am

This workout video has been well worth the money! It has really put me through some tough workouts in only two days! You will need an exercise ball and some dumbells the first two days to get the full benefit of all the exercises. I highly recommend this program and will try to give updates as I go along.

Greg January 25, 2011 at 6:12 pm

@jesse What size exercise ball AND what dumbells did the DVD suggest purchasing?

Ashley January 26, 2011 at 6:06 am

How long does each work out last?

thomas January 27, 2011 at 8:10 am

I’ve done 4 of the videos so far, and they are pretty intense. I’ve done p90x and it is similar in some ways but also very different. p90x uses dumbells and a pull up bar. supreme 90 uses dumbells and a stability ball. I use a variable weight dumbell set and a 10 dollar stability ball I bought at target. The videos seemed to take forever to get to my house, at least a month and a half, and I wasn’t happy about that, but I can say I really enjoy the workouts. The workouts last about 35 to 45 minutes and have a quick warmup session at the beginning and a cooldown session at the end. 3 out of the 4 videos I did left me drenched in sweat. The second day was a workout utilizing mainly the stability ball and it seemed easier than the other workouts. Core work is integrated in every workout so you don’t have to wait till the end to work your stomach like p90x. (Not knocking p90x, I like that workout system too.) So far I would highly recommend the system based on the workouts alone. It has a diet book also, but I like eating everything and anything, so I didn’t read that.

Celesta January 28, 2011 at 3:27 am

I just ordered the system with the expedited handling so I should get it within 3 to 5 business days. I did great with P90, losing 50 pounds in 4 months, but gained it all back and then some when I started a 3rd shift job. Now I just can’t seem to get back into the P90, and I’m not sure I want to try P90X. I gained a lot of baby weight with my baby (who is now 16 months old!) so wish me luck getting my behind in gear!! Also, thanks to those who posted their opinions!

Glynis January 28, 2011 at 10:51 pm

Those of you who have received it already, could you please share the titles of each of the 10 DVDS? Is there a yoga DVD included? I find it frustrating that there has been NO information regarding the titles/content of each DVD.

If you have it please tell us:
The titles of each DVD
The length of each DVD

Jesse January 29, 2011 at 9:38 am

Videos last around 30-40 minutes from warmup to cool down. Size of ball that one uses is dependent upon your height..I don’t mean a weighted ball but a ball that one sits on or puts one’s legs on during an exercise. Dumbells used are regular dumbells in various weights. That again depends on your level of strength. You will need various weights as you progress.

These videos are intense, but almost anyone can use them if you just go at your own pace. The people in the video appear to be in fantastic condition, but it appears to challenge them as well. My wife is doing the exercises with me at her own pace and she hasn’t worked out in years. We just finished our first week! We are glad we bought this video program. Now I can cancel my gym membership.:):):)

Sherika January 31, 2011 at 4:41 pm

They have it at Walgreen’s in the As Seen On TV section. $19.99

Jeff January 31, 2011 at 5:36 pm

I’ve been to TWO Walgreen’s and ONE Bed Bath and Beyond in my area, and they do NOT have this set in yet.

Jill February 1, 2011 at 12:12 am

I ordered this in the beginning of december and just got it last week! If I knew it would have taken so long, I’d have just gone ahead and paid the extra ten bucks or whatever it was.

I’d like to start out by saying that I have never done P90X, I think its crazy to spend that much on DVDs! This system is a 90 day program, and it comes with a food guide as well that you’re supposed to follow along with for maximum results. I initially wasn’t planning to do the eating guide, but my boyfriend wants to lose weight in addition to just toning up, so I’m doing it with him. So far, not too bad. We kinda re-vamped our pantry and spent about $170 at the grocery store doing so… kinda spendy- but a lot of the stuff will last a while. The only thing really restrictive about the “diet” so far is the drinking. Its basically water, black coffee or tea- no creamers or sweeteners. I’m fine with all the water, but I’m a little bummed about not being able to have a glass of milk or juice occasionally- oh well.

As far as the workouts go, not too bad really. They can be intense, but its not “difficult” and the trainer in the video keeps insisting to go at your own pace- as long as you are giving the workouts 100%. I was surprised that the workouts aren’t very long, only about 40 min or so with the warm up and cool down. Like another reviewer said, just a stability ball and dumbells are needed. I would recommend(based on the videos done so far) to go with lighter weights if you have to go out and purchase them. It doesn’t seem to want to challenge you with weight, just to be able to keep up on repetitions. I am 5’0 and weigh about 115 lbs and my boyfriend is 5’11 and about 205, and we think that there’s no need to get anything heavier than 15lbs for me and 25 or 30 for him. So far I have been fine with just 5 and 10 lbs. I haven’t gotten to legs though, so I may need to use heavier ones for that.

We took before pics and measurements and we’ll re-measure and take pictures after each 30 days. I’ll keep you posted!

Katie February 2, 2011 at 12:30 am

I’ve been doing the Supreme 90 day workout for a week now and I love it. I missed one day, and that was the cardio work out, but I look forward to it everyday. Everyday focuses on a different part of your body but you are always working your core and your stomach. =) And it’s adaptable for any fitness level and you can set any goal you want.

There’s not really a yoga section, but working your core is emphasized along with your arms, back, chest, legs, stomach, etc. You work out all your muscles in different creative ways.

Hopefully they will become available in stores in your area very soon.

Jessica February 2, 2011 at 4:20 pm

This seems to be the best conversation on the web about this product. Quick question: What is the recommended program? Meaning, are you supposed to do more than one disc a day? Do you do the strength building discs days 1-5, then the 3 cardio, then the 2 abs? Or are they interspersed over 10 days? Also, they imply the program is different for days 1-30, days 30-60, and days 60-90. Do they have three different routines on each disc? Thank so much!!

Jesse February 2, 2011 at 6:13 pm

Jessica: Just follow the calendar that is supplied for each day. It tells you which disc to use. Only 1 disc per day. (If the workouts don’t seem long enough I think one may not be pushing hard enough). If you can do more than one disc per day I advise getting a blue t-shirt with an “S” on it. …:):):) I usually don’t perspire much when I lift weights, but with this program I do! It can be intense as you want it to be.

Jesse February 2, 2011 at 6:35 pm

You can get the names of the DVD’s and even preview them by going to their official website.
I know the website says 2 payments of 19.99 but when you click to purchase it says only 1 payment of 19.99….:):):)

Jeff February 4, 2011 at 1:36 pm

Checked 2 local Walgreen’s and 1 local Bed Bath & Beyond yesterday, and still nothing. :(

I actually ordered from the official website a few weeks ago and paid the $10 extra for priority shipping, but I’m guessing that the “priority” shipping is a sham just to get an extra 10 bucks out of each customer. I should have just waited and found it locally. I’m still waiting for the shipment.

Bonnie February 5, 2011 at 1:27 am

Hi there…

I just want to let you all know that Supreme 90 day is an awesome and intense workout program that really works if you follow the workouts and the food plan. I was part of the original clinical study and I did the workouts and followed the food plan for 90 days. I saw tremendous changes in my body. Not only did my strength increase but my body fat and BMI decreased as well. At the beginning some of the exercises will be challenging, don’t give up, push yourself and you will see your body transform.

Check out my before and after pics in the Supreme 90 day commercial.

Order yours today and get started on the workout program that gets results! You won’t be disappointed.

Kat February 6, 2011 at 4:26 pm

So I’ve gone to, walgreens, cvs, bed bath and beyond, best buy, sears, and the actual as seen on tv store..and no one knows what im even talking about. So, I dont want to waste money on the website when i know after a matter of time i should be able to get it at a store.. but im really looking forward to getting and trying this dvd set out soon!

J February 6, 2011 at 9:02 pm

If you can not find them in Walgreens, also some Bed Bath and Beyonds have this workout in their stores for 19.99. If you can not find it you can order it from Bed Bath and Beyond from their (800#) 1-800-462-3966. They charge minimum and state taxes. Oh, when you call the 800# use this SKU# 18109743 without it the customer service rep will not know what the heck you are talking about.

jill February 8, 2011 at 7:03 pm

what states have been selling supreme 90 in walgreens and bed bath and beyonds, I’ve called around in ct, ri , ma and have traveled to some of the stores, sounds like a good deal if you buy in store and not online . Waiting patiently….

Joe NJ February 9, 2011 at 10:54 pm

Supreme 90 Day is not quite as good as P90X, but it is close and if you follow it results will come.
I have both and quite honestly fo $20 you can’t beat it with a stick.
The shorter workouts are great for athletes or martial arts guys because you are not getting totaly wasted.
Telebrands has a very good reating with the BBB, but if you can find it at Walgreens or another outlet you beat that wait.
Taken two people of equal fitness level and have one on P90X the other on Supreme 90 Day and at the end there would not be that much of a difference in the gains.
Yes, it looks like a “copy cat” of P90X but the workouts are not the same.
Either or depends on the budget.
My 2 cents

Frank February 10, 2011 at 5:58 pm

Ordered it some time ago. I have an e-mail now telling me it is on California and it has a FedEx tracking number. Last night I received a post card saying the order had been cancelled. Hopefully Monday it will be at my front door or the credit card charge will go away.

Claudia February 10, 2011 at 9:24 pm

I ordered about a month ago, and the getorderstatus site still says it’s in the process of being shipped out to me. On top of everything, I paid the extra cash to expedite the shipping. Question: has anyone actually talked to a live operator? I feel so abused!

Joyce February 10, 2011 at 11:03 pm

I absolutely LOVE IT. I have completed P90X and Insanity but they were a little to advance for me. These dvd are awesome and I can see my body changing after 16 days. It is worth the wait and money for sure. I LOVE IT.

Tina February 11, 2011 at 4:28 am

Frank, I also recieved the postcard as well as the fedex tracking info. My understanding is it was the “free” abs video that they charged the extra $6.99 for shipping that was cancelled. I hope I am correct, the delivery date is for the 12th so I guess I will find out then.

Jerry February 11, 2011 at 5:58 pm

It is every bit as good as P90X and more.
I did the Tabata video yesterday and it did me in.
I like that the workouts are shorter than P90X but no less effective.
I challenge the P90X followers to swicth and try Supreme 90 and tell US waht they think.
With all respect to Horton and BeachBody the fact that for less than $20 you have a product that can do the same for less is why some may down it.
Oh, it is NOT a P90X rip off.
Workouts and system is totaly different.
I jsut want to know how TELEBRANDS can sell something this good for so little.

Jill February 12, 2011 at 1:01 am

Okay, I just got done with 2 weeks and so far so good! I feel great and still love the workouts! The only thing that I do not like is ALL the time I spend in the kitchen. Holy Cow!!!!! A lot of the meals have to be prepared, as in cooked, so a lot of times I have to make breakfast and then cook my lunch and dinner and then eat my morning snack and then go to work. Plus, I am grocery shopping every 2-3 days it seems like. Other than that little downfall(whichisn’t really that bad, just time-consuming) I think it was totally worth the money! I wish I’d have paid for expedited shipping because I could have started 6 weeks sooner!

Jeff February 12, 2011 at 4:00 pm

Don’t worry Jill, the expedited shipping is a SHAM. I ordered at the very beginning of January and paid the extra 10 bucks for expedited shipping and just got the shipping notice 2 days ago. It’s shipping out of California and they used the Fed-ex equivalent of Parcel Post. Estimated delivery time is 7 days!!! Ugh.

Stefan February 14, 2011 at 5:42 pm

Thanks “J” for the info on how to order from Bed Bath & Beyond. I called that 800 number and was directed to a local store that has 30+ copies in stock. I can even use a $5 off $15 coupon to get this cheaper. What a deal. I can’t believe other people have to wait 6 weeks to get their delivery, that sucks. I would RUN to my local BB&B if you are considering starting this. I belong to a gym and my routine has gotten boring and I have tapered off since the holidays. I recently tried to get back into a routine only to have to fight all the new gym ratts that have joined since New Years for the equipment. I hope Supreme90 can help me break the gym routine so I can cancel my membership. I will post back in a few weeks once I get going on this.

Tom February 14, 2011 at 9:19 pm

First of all, I would like to start out by saying Supreme 90 Day workout IS NOT a scam. I read many places where people are frustrated by not receiving their package within 2 weeks of ordering it. It clearly tells that you will receive your order within 4-8 weeks.

I’m a 45 year old male 6’3″ and weighed 220lbs when I started this program and was working out 3-4 times a week. Spin classes 2x a week and spin/fusion classes the other 2 days. I’ve been working out consistently for about 2 1/2 years and have been maintaining. The instructor at our club has been telling me that I need to add a weight routine into my workout.

After seeing the commercial for Supreme 90 Day, I thought this is the program for me. So I went online and bought the system. During the order process, they try to sell you many other items, I opted to only get the DVD program. A few weeks went by, and I completely forgot about ordering it, then it arrived in the mail. The packaging was as expected and the picture and sound quality are great.

I started the program on Monday and it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve started the program. I THOUGHT I was in decent shape, but when you TRY to keep up with the young studs and hotties in the DVD, you find out that you will work muscles in ways you never thought you could. This system is all about muscle confusion and they do a great job of keeping everything new and fresh. I really like that you stretch after every DVD. Everyone can agree that MOST people do not get the stretching that their bodies NEED.

I’ve lost 10 pounds in the 2 weeks I’ve been using the program. What my wife and I are most impressed with is how my body is changing, we can actually see visible changes in two weeks. Trust me, this IS NOT your grand mother’s workout program and you should go at your own pace when trying it. I just can’t wait for the 90 days to be over, to see the final results!

I’m a firm believer that MOST workout programs will work, IF you stick to them. The workouts here are quick and a over before you know it. The total workout each day is between 45-50 minutes. If you only want to do the workout, it’s right around 30-35 minutes. The warm up and cool downs are about 10-15 minutes combined.

Remember, it didn’t take you 2 weeks to get in the shape you’re in. So, I’m sure you can wait the time it takes to get this program. Hopefully this review will put your mind at ease about ordering the program. If you’re ready to make that “final lifestyle change” to get you in the best shape of your life, put down the remote, dust the chip crumbs off your shirt and order Supreme 90 day workout. It will be the best $25(ish) you spend in your life!

Serena February 15, 2011 at 4:15 pm

We started this like a week ago and WE LOVE IT. My boyfriend a day ahead of me. I wanted him to do the routines and tell me how they are. They are challenging and way better than the treadmill that we were using before which was BORING. Anyway i found mine at bed bath and beyond and did not pay for shipping. My local walgreens had it too, but they had missed the Tobata inferno dvd and given us two of the other ones. We sent that copy back. Glad i did because Tobata inferno is the best workout so far. I use 5lb and 8lb for the heavier excersises. My BF uses heavier ones. Also i need someone to tell me about the protein shake you are supposed to take after the workout. After reading about the nightmare of receiving the products from the company i dont want to order it. Any suggestion?

Jason February 15, 2011 at 6:42 pm

I ordered it through BB&B by using the sku# and got it in not time. Skip the DVD-specific site and just call.

Jane February 15, 2011 at 10:29 pm

Called BB&B today, used the sku # and they told me the closest store that had it. For those of you near me, I picked it up in Framingham, MA! Cheaper than ordering online and much faster!!!!!

Billy February 15, 2011 at 11:04 pm

I bought it and it came yesterday. I just completed my first day about a half hour ago. IT’S THE REAL DEAL!!!! They work your butt off!!! I am NOT in good shape so I think its money well spent, plus you can do it when you want in the privacy of your own home. I saw other posts saying how it compares to P90X, and I don’t know, but I think you get the same concepts and workout variations without the bells and whistles of P90X. I think the price is right too, (especially being unemployed right now). Good luck all, hey, for $31.00 w/ S & H, not a bad gig!!!

Erika February 18, 2011 at 7:37 pm

Got mine today from Bed Bath & Beyond, thanks J. I live in Texas, went to BBB by the Galleria. They have plenty, also the one in Plano. I’m starting tonight, can’t wait.

Storm February 18, 2011 at 8:11 pm

the protein shake for after the work out. Any ideas on how to get that anybody?

Sara February 18, 2011 at 8:29 pm

“J” – you’re awesome! I called the BB&B 800 number and used the SKU# you listed and was told there were 80+ copies at a local store. I also had a BB&B coupon that saved me even more $$. Off to give these dvd’s a try.

josh February 23, 2011 at 1:50 am

Well…I finally got mine and since I did post saying i would update i will. I will try to be objective. I was doing the original p90 for a bit and it was good at getting the main areas of your body and pretty tough…if you are looking at p90x or insanity there are really good charts that compare them and this is (as i see now) a slight step below…but for the money its worth it. So far each workout starts off with a warm up and end with stretching. I will modify as i get going and try to really break a sweat and make it do what i need. what i like about p90 is that it rotates days between 2 workouts and really works them that way… I will wait to see how this works.

day 1: Chest/Back: they use a stability ball but in this workout its not needed. Its pretty good and working different parts. Once you get going and know the workout goes you can modify it for yourself. This either went by quickly or was really short (felt like 15-20 minutes not including stretching and warm up

Day 2: Ultimate Ball: this has you focus on the core and does different workouts that are 30 seconds and then have you rest 30 sec..I wasn’t fond of that. It seems that at times you put pressure on your wrist and knees that seem like something you shouldn’t do. It was tough at times trying to keep the ball in place, but i see how good that is for you.

josh February 25, 2011 at 2:57 pm

Day 3: didn’t understand why you rest on the third day….until I went through day 4.

Day 4: Tabata Inferno: Now this is what i am talking about. This did it all…you do various exercises for 20 sec then rest 10 sec and go again with 2-3 different exercise (I think…it gets blurry) and after 2-4 sets your rest for 1 minute…it was tough and i couldn’t do it perfectly, but i kept going. You will do mt climbers, pushups, burpees, and many other exercises. People were doing different styles of some of the workouts which can be helpful.

I have received my dvd’s a week ago after approx 6 weeks (I am in Canada,so I am not sure if that makes any difference). Very excited about the workouts!! DVD quality is excellent, no copmalints there, and I got everything they promissed I would get. I have gone through 3 DVDs already and I have to say that I loved them! I am still not that far ahead to talk about any results, but since I am in a pretty good shape (working out 5 times a week) I’ll say that these workouts are challenging and I could see them delivering the results – as long as you stick to the both eating plan and workout routine. I don’t believe in anything that says “easy way to lose weight” or “eat anything and lose weight”, so for anyone that thinks that this is something similar – it’s not!!! Be prepared to workout 6 days in a row with no rest days in between (althought after 2 first workouts there is a rest day)! I hope you’ll find this review helpfull!

Ms Fancy March 1, 2011 at 5:12 am

I just purchased the workout at Walgreens for $19.99 and wanted to know if it really works. I was interested in the P90X but saw this workout and thought it was similar to the P90X. I hope I was right, as I will be starting it tomorrow. I too preview the views and weights and a balancing ball is needed.

Cinnamon March 2, 2011 at 9:04 pm

These DVD’s are great, my husband & I are now on day 10 and we both look forward to each work out. We’ve enjoyed pushing each other to do the best that we can, definately don’t give up if you get to an exercise that your not sure you can do, just give it a try and keep at it. Just make sure you have plenty of run especially when you are using the balancing ball. Tonight’s it’s Tabata Inferno!

Jesse March 3, 2011 at 10:15 pm

We are on day 40 and the program really works your tail off if you put in the effort.
I “hate” the tabata inferno. It is too long to be so intense….or maybe I just need to
cowboy up and quit being a wimp.
The program is now available at Academy if you are in Texas.

Hector March 7, 2011 at 3:12 pm

You can find this at most Dicks Sports. I found it at one in northeast Ohio when every walgreens/BB&B had no idea what I was talking about. I have played soccer all my life and am in pretty good shape. After 10 days, I am really enjoying this and see noticable changes!

larry March 8, 2011 at 1:24 am

Hector, I live in northeast Ohio….which Dick’s did you find it?

Laura March 9, 2011 at 9:33 am

So i’ve read all these reviews and i’m really interested in trying this program. I’m not that patient of a person and was wondering if anyone knew of a place around Tacoma, Washington that carried this product??? If not I guess I’m stuck ordering off their website…. Thanks.

TurboGirl March 10, 2011 at 12:21 am

I purchased the supreme 90 day workout at bed bath and beyond for $20. I’ve been doing the workout for 15 daysand so far and I am enjoying it. I do recommend that you keep your remote close at hand because trainers on the DVD move at a very quick pace. I pause the DVD when doing some of the exercises. I like that the host (Tom) he talks through out the workout giving advice and encouragement. I have found all the of workouts very challenging and with the 10 DVDs you will not be bored. The workouts are pretty hardcore I would not recommend this for folks who are just started a fitness plan. But if you are looking for a new workout to shake up your routine I recommend this 100%

Alfred March 10, 2011 at 2:26 am

My opinion-P90x is far superior to Supreme 90 day. Why? P90x is geared to allow you to follow along as the exercises are done. Even if you don’t go as fast as they do onscreen, you have plenty of time to do your reps without pausing the dvd. Supreme 90 day is filmed at a frantic pace. They instruct you to do 3 rotations of 3 exercises, and if you are working with heavy weights as instructed, you will easily fall behind and have to pause the dvd, or else they are well into the next routine. In addition, the warmup and cooldown are all the same exact video, just tacked on to whatever body part dvd is being worked, which seems cheap to me. I like the option of another workout routine, but Supreme 90 day could be much better. You do get what you pay for.

geo March 12, 2011 at 10:26 pm

For the people who are interested in buying this, just go to a Dick’s sporting Goods. They carry it and you will not have to wait 3-6 weeks. I just bought it there for 19.99. no added charges. I did the first day and I liked it. The workouts are good and the dvd is basically teaching you. What p90X offers over this is a cost of 100 dollars more. For the novice and someone who is just beginning to get into shape this is good. for 20 dollars it’s a good beginning. you probably will learn some things and see some things you might already know how to do. Take from it and then after 90 days if you think you need something more advanced go to P90x or a trainer. Nevertheless a good product for the price.

Lance March 18, 2011 at 5:37 am

I am going on my 13th day of this program and I am loving it, even though I have to wake up at 5am to make it fit in to my busy schedule. I am seeing noticeable changes in my body. I have been trying to gain weight, because of being too skinny, and in my first week, I gained about 5 lbs of muscle. I was ecstatic. Finally, a solution to my problem. I am so thankful for this program, and it is definitely worth the almost nothing of a price. Buy it!

stevo March 24, 2011 at 1:52 pm

I’ve heard a few horror stories about ordering the program; however, I was able to buy it at Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Hector March 24, 2011 at 3:26 pm

I am on Day 43 of Supreme 90 and am in the best shape of my life.
As a Golden Gloves boxer who works two jobs, I needed a workout to condition me in less than 1 hour for my boxing bouts and Supreme 90 Day did it.
Aside from following the program and diet as listed all I added was my sparring twice weekly averaging 5-3 minute rounds NOTHING ELSE.
My cardio was good, the program helped my condition and strength.
I do not need to run or do anything else…simply follow the program and get in some sparring.
Friends who have P90X are going to switch and try Supreme because they see what this program has done for me.
I give it 5 STARS out of 5.

Michele March 24, 2011 at 11:23 pm

Hello all,

I am so glad I found this website. I have been extremely frustrated with Supreme 90 Day. I ordered mine via the telephone number from the official website. I was told that I would get an e-mail confirming my order. I have not. This was a 45 minute phone call to place the order due to all of the bull**** offers that are there. I placed my order on March 18 and still no e-mail. I am beginning to think this is a scam of the largest proportion. Especially since I actually accepted one of those bs offers (I know, gullible) that is going to automatically charge my credit card if I don’t cancel in 30 days. From all the previous emails, I am beginning to have a very bad feeling that it will take more than 30 days to get my order. I am now even further frustrated after reading the emails about purchasing this system at Walgreen’s, Dicks sporting Goods and Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It did not even occur to me to check any of these places first! Does anyone know if I can cancel my order even if it hasn’t shown up or been confirmed by Supreme 90 yet? I would be really interested in doing so and picking it up at a Walgreens! Anyway, if this is not a scam, I will be looking forward to trying it, if I ever receive!

Derek March 25, 2011 at 3:29 pm

I purchased the product from my local Target store for the $19.99 plus tax. Haven’t started it yet, but the reviews I’ve seen make it sound promising.

Jesse March 25, 2011 at 9:59 pm

No, it’s not a scam. It just takes a while to get the product when ordering from the website.

Haley March 26, 2011 at 1:02 am

I am on day 5 and am getting my butt kicked! I am in pretty good shape and I start getting sore from a workout before the day is over (instead of waking up sore, like with other workouts) I am not doing the exact diet ( I am just eating super clean, chicken breast/ veggies/ fruit/ oats/ eggs/ protien shakes… no cheats) The diet does seem like it would take a lot of time and money (and with 2 children I don’t have either one ) Tebata Inferno is one of my favorites but I haven’t even gotten to 5 of the dvds yet so we will see. I LOVED the shoulders/ arm workouts because they really kick your butt!

Chris March 27, 2011 at 3:39 pm

Only on day 2, it is a little frustrating, not sure I am doing moves correctly, not sore !? although I do feel my shoulders a little. I also had trouble on stability ball, keeping it in place, but I will master this if it kills me ! I love reading these reviews. I want to be stronger I have lost 75 lbs (before this)and have about 10 more to go, I will never have a great body too much skin! but I want to feel strong and good ! Also I am on ww will this be ok ? or do i have to figure in more points?

JeffAG March 28, 2011 at 8:14 am

To All Skeptics,

Particularly, those fustrated with the delivery time frame, I feel your pain. Like many of you, I too ordered online and it literally took about 6 weeks to receive. It is not a scam. Luckily it is available at several local stores in some states, well at least according to this blog. I didn’t have similar luck when I triede to purchase locally, while awaiting my drawn out delivery period. Anyway, I have done several of the DVDs so far and the routines are really good. I have attempted the Insanity program, and was just to intense for me, I was literally hurt within the first five days of working out. Don’t get me wrong, I am not knocking Insanity, I just wasn’t physically ready for its intensity. In fact it is my aim to one day revisit the Insanity program, but after I have worked up to a better physical condition. For $20, you get more than the cost suggests. I would recommend this program, at least try this before investing heavily in the more expensive programs, such as P90X, and Insanity.

Derek March 28, 2011 at 2:43 pm

Well all, to update my previous post, I finally got around to starting the program. Not using it to lose weight, but to try and get a better body. I always thought of myself as being a bit scrawny. Prior to starting this, I was doing a bit on my own and had some results. I’ve currently gone through the first 2 discs, I will be doing the Tabato Inferno today.
So far, I am pretty pleased with the program. It really seems to do the trick. The first one kicked my butt pretty good ;) Had me pretty sore by the end. I liked having the warm up and cool down on the disks. i thought I was going to wake up feeling like a train wreck with how sore the first one had me, but I think the cool down helped with that and I felt pretty good the next day.
I took measurements prior to starting the first disk and will be tracking myself on a weekly basis to guage my progress.
I definitely think the program is well worth the $20 and so far. I’ll continue to post as things progress and provide further thoughts on it.

Robert March 28, 2011 at 8:45 pm

Okay. After waiting forever for the videos, I finally got them. I’m only 10 days in, so I haven’t seen all the videos yet. So far they are all around 45 minutes to an hour if you include the warmup and cool down. In the special features of the disk, you can watch the video music only (if you don’t care to mute your TV). The workouts seem pretty good so far. The video editing was fairly poor, but it doesn’t mess up your workout. I do find that there is probably to much focus on core training (even on videos that aren’t supposed to be core trainging). The nutritional plan is great! I lost 7.5 lbs my first 5 days following it. After a few days of following the meal plan, you’ll find that you dont have to follow it exactly. There’s plenty of room for cchanging things up a bit.

Gypz March 28, 2011 at 11:38 pm

I just started my first workout today.. It was the chest and back workout.. it wasn’t terribly difficult and it wasn’t very long either.. I like the length and the fact that it didn’t kill me completely.. As I get further along I will up my weights so I’m actually doing something to keep up but I liked how this workout was set up.. it was long enough to make me sweat but short enough for me not to dread my next workout.. I even had enough energy afterwords to go for a little jog… I’m going to definitely try to continue through the 90 days and get some good results.

Hector March 31, 2011 at 7:04 pm

Sorry for the delayed response, it was the Dicks in Fairlawn, OH. Right off 77.

I am on day 30 now and I really do look forward to working out every day. If you dont think this is a good work out, then like they say in the video you arent using heavy enough weights. By the end of these, I can barely stand. He says, “youre gonna be sad when this is over”. Im thrilled when they are over but from the results I am seeing, I believe that is why I still look forward to each day. I’m sad when its a rest day!

Kim April 4, 2011 at 8:41 pm

I am so excited to start this workout. I found it at my local Target store for $19.99 in Southeastern VA. I hope all of the reviews are true. I am bored with the treadmill and need something new to keep me motivated. I first saw this workout on TV and I searched until I came across this website to see what people were saying about it. Glad that I did not order it online.

Tommy April 6, 2011 at 2:56 am

I ordered my copy from Bed, Bath and Beyond and received it within 5 days. I started last Friday so have completed the first four disks (Chest/Back, Ultimate Ball, Tebato Inferno and Arms and Shoulders). It has definitely been a good workout. I have been working out for awhile, nothing too serious, just trying to maintain and not get overweight. With S90 I am realizing what I was doing wasn’t good enough. I have had soreness in my legs as I do not work them out hardly at all (some walking and light jogging). I like how the DVDs are laid out, not too long. The Tebato killed me, but it felt good at the same time. For guys, don’t try to be macho and think you can do some heavy weights. The Arms/Shoulder workout surprised me, I had to go lighter than I thought to finish the workout.

There is quite a bit of core in the first 4 workouts but that is good. You can probably forego purchasing the ab workout and just string in the ab excercises on the DVDs and makeup your own. I didn’t take measurements prior to starting but may do that now. I have lost a pound already!!

The menu can get expensive to follow to the T, so I try to follow as best I can but have modified it quite a bit. I have cut way back on sugar and cut out pretty much all white flour. I did cheat tonight with a few Oreos. I got off the eating schedule and it hurt. The amount of water you drink is drowning me but that is good.

Good luck all.

stacey April 7, 2011 at 9:47 pm

i bought this item after seeing it on tv. i upgraded to the fast shipment like everyone else and it was on back order, im assuming due to the low price for everything u get. i was refunded the extra cost immediately. i have been doing these workouts for a little over a week and loooooove them!!!! i have lost 5 lbs already. i think the great thing about these dvds in comparison to insanity and p90, is the fact that you do everything in short, quick intervals, so they dont give u time to get fatigued as much. im not saying u dont want to chop off ur limbs the next day, but u dont want to stop for a breather as much. i would recommend this to anyone.

Dollie April 8, 2011 at 8:09 pm

I just bought it at Bed, Bath and Beyond for $19.99 and no shipping. It doesn’t come with the bonus abs DVD, but you can order it from the website or look for it on Ebay. I have worked out for years and i am always looking for something new to keep me from getting bored. I can’t wait to start it.

Tommy April 19, 2011 at 9:22 pm

Just finished Day 19. Seeing some results. Have lost 5 lbs. Trying to stick to the meal plan and am doing OK on that.

IMO, you don’t need the bonus ab DVD as you are doing ab work in every DVD. Just remember those workouts and put them together yourself.

Tabata is still challenging

Jeff April 21, 2011 at 10:51 pm

I bought my DVD set from HSN and got it in 5 days, it also included the calendar, food plan and the extra ab DVD. I’ve been doing it for 14 days and feel lots better than I have in a long time due to having a sedentary life style. My wife has been a big help in staying on the meal plan due to her skills in the kitchen. Not that the plan is bad but I’m a very picky eater and set in my ways. Not to mention that some of the meals are hard to do when on the job so she uses the flexibility of the plan by moving items around. I lost 4 pounds on the first week and have not weighed my self this week, that will be tomorrow morning first thing. I only weigh my self once a week due to only needing to lose 20 pounds, I’m more concerned about toning up. I do think the length of the videos is just about right for people that don’t have lots of time to work out. Due to my age I like the warm up and cool down periods to help prevent injury plus I’ve heard it helps promote muscle growth. I’ve not seen all the videos yet but look forward to seeing how they differ. Like Tommy stated Tebato killed me but it was a good burn and worn out feeling, can’t wait to do it again so I can rest or stop less. I would recommend this work out program because it is easy to follow along with and so far nothing that I can’t do (even though maybe not on the first try). I believe losing weight starts by finding something you like doing and sticking with it, I think I’ve found the one for me.
Hope it works for you God bless.

Mark Hanswon April 26, 2011 at 7:22 pm

I finished two rounds of P90X for a total of 6 months and got great results. Wanted to try something new so I got Supreme 90 day workout. It is less expensive (probably because studio is cheaper looking and production value is of a lower quality) but it is one hell of a work out. It is faster and more intense than most of the P90X workouts-which wre no easy workouts either. I’m a big Tony Horton fan but this one is a nice change. Hotter girls too and without Tony’s corny jokes. Overall a great value for 20 bucks at target. This is not for beginners or fatties. Try P90, then P90X and then this one if you want the full treatment for a year. Both programs have diet programs that are virtually impossible to follow, just eat smart and avoid too much fried food and booze. You won’t look like these guys but they are pros. Keep that in mind and you will do well. I got off blood pressure medicine because of these workouts and that in and of itself made all them worth every penny.

Rhonda May 6, 2011 at 1:32 am

Hi Everyone,
I bought this program at Bed Bath and Beyond because I wanted to do px90 and it looked similar and is was only 20.00 and I finished day 30 today and let me tell you the workouts are intense and I am going to complete the 90 day program I am seeing improvement and the Tabata workout will kick anybodies but really it will I love it so far I am 43 years old woman and I am seeing results so far looking forward to getting up everyday to do these workouts even though I am sore all the time:) I was not working out prior to these so it has been hard however I am getting stronger and I finish all the routines and at the end I want to collapse so it is not for the person who gives up….

karen May 6, 2011 at 3:21 pm

Just finished Tabata Inferno!AAAAAAUUUUGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!

karen May 8, 2011 at 2:21 pm

I really hate Sally!!

Kamicha May 15, 2011 at 1:05 pm

LOL…Karen that’s so funny because every workout she is in she seems to be out doing the men. I find myself saying something bad about her everytime, and it’s not because I’m jealous…I think she looks like a About the workouts, I find they are sort enough to keep you interested. My problem is I’m a frequent migrane sufferer and out for three days at a time and find myself having to start over. Once I get it together I will report back. I really just wanted to respond to Karens comment about Sally…sorry Sal

Kamicha May 15, 2011 at 1:08 pm

sorry…short enough

Alicia May 18, 2011 at 6:40 am

I am so happy I found this site. I have been thinking about buying these DVD’s for about a week now but I wanted to see reviews on it first. I too wanted to get P90X but I didn’t want to spend the money on it. I plan on buying the DVDs tomorrow from BB&B and after reading some of these results, I am SUPER excited to start them. I don’t plan on using their nutrional guide since I am on a different nutritional program that is AMAZING!!! And is not time consuming at all which works well with my busy life, plus it isn’t expensive to follow which seems to be a downfall to Supreme’s nutritional program. And as an added bonus, it has been clinically proven to help maintain/gain lean muscle while burning more fat. Gotta love science!! That is why I’m excited to do Supreme 90 day! I love the science behind the work out. I love to work out and I’m excited because I have convinced my brother to do the videos too!! Wish us luck!! And good luck to all of you who are doing it right now! I can’t wait to hear more updates from you guys!

henry May 19, 2011 at 8:01 pm

Just finished day 11 and so far so good. I am a former Marine and this workout does take it up a notch. I am following the food plan to the bone and I think that is the hardest. So far I’ve lost 5lbs and still working on more. I will keep you updated.

Kez May 21, 2011 at 5:40 am

Hi all, I’m on day 75 and I think the program is pretty good. I should note that I have decided not to use the included diet plan because it’s a 1 size fits all plan and doesn’t take your individual BMR into account. I don’t have experience with other programs to compare with but I can confirm that the workouts are intense. The cool part is that you can modify the exercises if you’re a beginner and add more weight if you’re advanced so, you can control some of the intensity.
When I started I was 5’9″, 240lbs and very out of shape. I couldn’t keep up with the dvd’s at first (pause button was used a lot during the first 2 weeks!) and I had to modify some of the exercises. During the first 2.5 weeks I was very sore in every muscle I had but my soreness almost completely went away after week 3. In the first 30 days I lost 10lbs and noticed a HUGE increase in my energy level. It was like going from lazy and unmotivated to pumped.
Fast foward to day 60… I did not see any more weight loss (probably due to my eating habbits) but I did notice some defenition in my chest, arms and legs. I got a little frustrated at this point. I was sticking to my daily calories, doing the workouts and not loosing the weight. In some web searching and youtube videos I discovered that p90x has a “Doubles” scheduel so, I decided to created my own doubles scheduel for Supreme 90. 1 Week later, still no weight loss but the soreness came back in full force.
Today (day 75) I’m a bit more educated on nutrition and I’m starting to see results. Tom Holland tells you in the video that the workout is only half the plan and nutrition is the other.
So, I have some words of advice if you’re out of shape and looking to start this program…
*Do not be afraid to modify the exercises or use the pause button to catch your breath! As long as you keep yourself challenged you will get up to speed soon enough.
*Don’t be discouraged if you’re muscles are sore during the first couple weeks because it will get better. I know it’s hard to find motivation when your body is screaming at you but I find that a few minuts into the next workout I stop feeling sore.
*Nutrition is not only about calories as I once believed. You should eat the right kind of calories like protien, starchy carbs and complex carbs at every meal.
*Having 5 to 6 smaller meals per day is very important to keep your metabolic rate up during the day and keeping your body out of starvation mode.
*Breakfast truely is the most important meal so, don’t skip it if possible.

I hope my comments help and I wish you all luck in your workout journeys.

Kori May 22, 2011 at 8:18 pm

I think its pretty cool to see everyones post in regards to this. I have also been looking to see what others have to say. Im 22 years old and just wanted to get in shape for dancing again. Being 22 all you really want to do is go out drink eat mcdonalds and I started noticing that this plan wasnt taking too well to my body. I bought mine at BBB and only paid $16 for it (employee discount!!). I am on month 2 and honestly I just love this program. Tabata Inferno is pretty tough but omg I hate doing Legs -_-. Kez is definitely right its not about just monitoring calories its really about what youre eating and when youre eating it. Ive noticed a big difference in my body and I went from a size 7 to a size 3 in a month. It feels really good to fit those jeans again =) I also have a few of my co-workers doing it too. I think its definitely worth buying. Im sure p90x is tough but that set is way to expensive. For that I would just join a gym (not trying to knock it). Cant wait to see how I look at the end!

Josi May 24, 2011 at 8:37 pm

This is an outstanding program and would cost close to $100 if there was more marketing hype behind it. BeachBody programs are great and Tony with P90X has created someone special…buythosr programs are expensive. Forget the $20 price get it follow it and be ready to change your body for the better.

Tommy May 27, 2011 at 5:43 pm

I am about 60 days into this. The eating part is definitely the hardest part. I dropped 5 lbs within the first month. I am not heavy by any means but was doing this to tone up and tighten up. I have lost 2 lbs since due to cheating (with food) regularly. I modified the meal plan somewhat prior and am going to get back on it. I feel much better and am able to jog with more ease now. The definition is coming. Some of the chest excercises I do differently now. Instead of using dumbells for the chest presses I get on my bench so I can do heavier weights. Also on the days for like arms, shoulders and chest, I do some lifting after the workout. I have never worked out my legs so much .

Tabata!!! I have done that DVD at least 5 times and it isn’t any easier. In the last month I am going to push hard and try to do a similiar meal plan. I have notice that cutting out sugar and white flour as much as possible is the key (for me at least). Stick to turkey, chicken, fish and lean beef every now and then and you will see a difference.

Norm May 27, 2011 at 10:38 pm

I’m on the second half of the S90 program. I’ve done P90X as well. For those of you who have P90X, the execution and most of the exercises are different. There’s no yoga, but there is Ultimate ball and no pull up bar is required.

I’ve had some really good results with this program. I decided to use the p90x nutritional guide..they have a pretty easy system to follow. i’ve toned up a lot. the workouts are by no means easy. they go by alot faster as well, since p90x will typically have a small section that introduces each exercise, wheares supreme 90 will do 3 in a row . one of the biggest differences is the use of weights in the cardio programs of supreme 90. it will challenge you that is for sure. i highly recommend it. :)

rulus May 30, 2011 at 11:49 pm

You get alot for 19.00 . I bought it by chance at a local pharmacy after trying my buddys p90x workout. The DVDs are filmed in High Definition. They are very sharp and Professional. I’m on day 4 and I can feel my muscle getting stronger and I have more energy. The workouts are challenging and you definetly have to give it 100 percent to keep up. I Would recommend it to my friends and family.

Michelle June 1, 2011 at 1:43 pm

I’m on Day 22 and I LOVE this program. I’m just doing the workouts because I don’t have time to do the meal plan (plus I already eat fairly well anyway) and I think they are very challenging and well put-together. Cardio Challenge and Tabata Inferno are my favorites so far. I’ve been working out for 25 years (yes, I’m 40 LOL) and these workouts are some of the best I’ve ever done. I usually do DVDs by Jillian Michaels, Jackie Warner and Bob Harper but wanted to try something new. I saw the Supreme 90-Day infomercial while on vacation and immediately ordered it from Amazon. It arrived shortly after I arrived home and I started it then. I haven’t been weighing myself but can tell that my arms and legs are more defined. I’m not really trying to lose weight – I just want to get ripped LOL. I’m sure I would see more dramatic results if I did the eating plan but oh well. I highly recommend this program to anyone (except for beginners and those who are extremely overweight). I’ve never done P90X but from what I’ve read it doesn’t seem like I need both programs. I like Tom Holland a lot but would like to throw a dumbbell at Sally most days LOL.

Linda June 3, 2011 at 6:57 pm

I have been doing the supreme 90 day work out for 12 days and I have noticed that the girls in the video’s have bulkier looking legs. I am trying to lose size in my legs, not gain it. Has anyone experienced an increase in their thighs? The girls in the videos look like they’ve been bench pressing and I just dont want that look. Im hoping that it won’t turn out that way. Any help?

Julie June 6, 2011 at 6:41 pm

Alicia, what nutritional plan are you using? It is so hard to find something that works well without being unhealthy!

BRIDGET June 6, 2011 at 9:33 pm

Emily June 9, 2011 at 1:01 pm

I have using the program for 13 days now and really do enjoy it! They are pretty challenging and you do start to see somewhat of a difference pretty quickly. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the Abs Dvd is worth the process? Like some others have mentioned, this dvd did not come with my order but can be purchased for about 5 dollars. I was just curious if anyone had it and if they would recommend it. I know 5 dollars isn’t much but I just don’t know if it is worth the process to purchase. I already do my own ab workouts after every workout using the ball and other exercise techniques. Does the dvd have any new creative ab workouts or are they pretty standard workouts you see in other videos? Thanks : )

i dont think youll get bulky thighs. mine went down in size since doing this workout.

jackie June 9, 2011 at 8:26 pm

i was out of shape and 40 pounds overweight. i lost the 40 pounds and some since doing this challenge. and i feel great.

adrian June 9, 2011 at 8:33 pm

does the workout work for kids about ages from like 12

Tiffany June 10, 2011 at 7:33 pm

I bought this at Wal Greens on clearance for $9.99 and it works great I have done 4 DVD’s so far and that Tabaa Inferno was really hard for me! I am 5’7 184 and want to lose about another 20 pounds or so. I like that the DVD’s aren’t that long but I still feel like I got a good workout. I don’t follow the diet plan though I do my own thing that has proven to work since I’ve lost 29 pounds so far.

Bob June 10, 2011 at 8:18 pm

We did P90x/ and my wife did Insanity and now are working through Supreme 90. It is a very intense fast paced work-out that definitely challenges you. If I had a criticism, it is that if you follow the routine laid out (we do) you very often are working the same muscles on back to back days. This is really taxing on the muscles and goes against any training regimen I have ever participated in. He keeps saying this is scientifically based but can’t find anything to support it.
The other annoying part is, as someone else pointed out, you can fall behind very quickly on some workouts if you use heavier weight.
They saved money in the making by having the same warmup and cool down filmed once and then copied into every dvd.
But I am going to stick with it and see what happens.

Bought this workout to “supplement” P90X and this workout far exceeds the very expensive P90X. We did the P90X for 90 days, started the second 90 days and saw the ads for this on infomercial. Figured we’d get it to change up the P90X. This el cheapo set is much better than P90X in my opinion. The differences, this one is 30 mins of pure work out, whereas the other one has a lot of chit chat. The whole time we did P90X we never sweat as much as we do with this one. While we saw little results with P90X the results we saw with this program were encouraging. I have to say, we did not follow the eating plan in either one and with this program we really saw much better results with this program. Not to say that P90X doesn’t have some great workouts that do increase toning, and we do enjoy some of the workouts we agreed that this program is much more challenging than that other program. How can they do it so much cheaper? The set isn’t as fancy, there are “bloopers” in the DVDs, the warm up and cool down are the same no matter which video you are doing (which BTW each DVD seems to work the entire body) and oh, even though there is an AB video stand alone, you do work ABS every workout which are much better than the P90X. If I had the opportunity to try then both out before buying then I would definitely buy the cheaper 90 day supreme set. And the other cool thing, it is now available at bed bath and beyond which means if you destroy a DVD you can replace quickly. The package of P90X seems to scratch the DVDs just putting them away and I am lucky I bought the extra insurance as I’ve replaced 2 of the DVDs already. All in all if you are on the fence between the two, go for the cheaper 90 Day Supreme, you’ll be glad you did.

Jeff June 14, 2011 at 2:26 pm

I originally posted on April 21 and have been doing this program for 68 days. I just went to the doctor for my annual check up and we were both pleased. My weight was down 15 pounds and my cholesterol was 120. I’ve been on meds to control my cholesterol but now he said that I should be able to get off. My energy level has been greatly increased and my flexibility is noticeably improved. No doubt that everyday life is a whole lot easier due to my improved physical condition. I’m about 10 pounds away from my new goal of being 170 lbs. I don’t think I will meet this goal by the end of my 90 days but you never know because I’m really working out hard now. I plan on staying with the program for years to come I really like the results and feel a person can do this for their entire life. I hope you have the same results or better.
God bless.

Bob B. June 15, 2011 at 11:04 pm

I just finished day 90 and lost 49lbs to date and feel great. I’m going to continue to do the workouts. Supreme 90 provides a great 25-45 minute workout with rest days built in. I’m 48 and my heart hasn’t pumped that hard since two-a-day football practice in H.S. One of the best features is that you can go at your own rate and as you get in better shape you are able to accomplish more–you can’t outgrow the videos, you just push yourself to do more. While I lost almost 50lbs, I’m fitting into clothes that I used to wear at another 20lbs less, so it is almost like being 70lbs lighter at this point.

Dee June 18, 2011 at 12:31 am

Just received my Supreme 90 today. Will start Sunday. I purchased it at Collage and received it in three days. Will keep posting results.

Daniel June 21, 2011 at 12:48 am

I am through my first month of this program and have lost 10lbs, and dropped 2 jean sizes.. this workout program rocks!!! I would recommend to everybody.

Sonya June 23, 2011 at 5:37 pm

I did my first workout video yesterday, Chest and Back. I did the bonus Abs workout afterwards. I am 49, and have been working out for about three years, so I am not in horrible shape. In the past, I would usually run 3 miles….lift a little, and always work my abs (my favorite body part to work). In the Check and Back workout, I had to modify several of the exercises…such as the pushups. I have poor upper body strength, but even with the modifications I feel I am still getting the benefits. Also, I don’t do the jumps, but am able to do modifications on those too (weak knees). I am excited, and hoping to finally get the definition I desire. Sally looks amazing. Who is she? She should have her own workout videos!

Hello Everyone,

wanted to say thx for all of your info. I saw this at Target yesterday and had never heard of it. I couldn’t beleive it was only $20. I didn’t buy it b/c I wanted to see if there were any reviews online. I stumbled onto this webite and saw everyone’s posting about how great it was and how much they liked it. well thanks to all of your reviews and great tips about getting it cheaper at walgreens or BBB, I found it at BBB and used a $5 coupon. Thx to all of you for posting such great info. I look forward to starting day 1 tommorrow. Good luck to all of you and thx again !!!!

Rose June 26, 2011 at 11:30 am

The program has given me my life back! I have lost over 80 pounds and I look better than did in my twenties. I have tried almost everything and this is the program that worked for me. It’s easy to stick with and very addicting.

Phil June 27, 2011 at 4:06 am

I bought my supreme 90 day today at a DOLLAR GENERAL for 20$ did the first workout today chest and back, and was completly blown away by the workout it was much more intense then i was expecting but also great at the same time you are sweating in 5 minuetes and they clearly describe each workout and let you work at your own pace, I suggest trying to buy it from a store instead of waiting 6 weeks you could be half way through by then, Will post more as i go. Good Luck to everybody no doubt in my mind if you stick with it your results will be just as good if not better for your money then p90x

Em June 30, 2011 at 2:47 am

I ordered this off Amazon and paid for the 2-day shipping.. DO NOT ORDER FROM WEBSITE DIRECT. The Amazon package ($18) comes with the chart and nutrition plan. I just did my first day (arms and back) and it seems like its going to just get more intense. I’m very excited to see how this turns out :)

Allen June 30, 2011 at 3:31 pm

I LOVE this workout system. As a self professed “Gym Rat”, I can honestly say that this program really works. I was in the gym 5-6 days a week, alternating days between lifting weights and running. I was interested in trying the P90-X system, but I didn’t like the price. I saw this at Target on sale for $19.95, which was too cheap to pass up. I’m so glad that I got it. After 2 years of hitting the gym on a regular basis, I hadn’t seen results like I have in 3 weeks of Supreme 90 Day. The workouts are short – 30 to 40 minutes, but intense. The Tobata Inferno workout kicked my butt and left me drenched in sweat. As far as the other workouts go, every one, even the strength training DVDs, get the heart rate up and work up a good sweat.I saw some reviews here where people said that some of the workouts were easy. Either they weren’t giving 100% or were using weights that were too light. True, some of the workouts aren’t as hard as others, but they are all challenging. I still run a few days a week, but I’ve stopped going to the gym to lift. I already eat pretty healthy, so I’m not following their diet plan. I can’t wait to see the results after 90 days, considering how pleased I am with the changes in my body after only 3 weeks. I’ve lost weight, becoming more defined, and have increased my strength. I’ve also noticed in my running that I’ve become stronger and my endurance has improved too. The ONLY downside that I can think of is that I have to keep buying heavier dumbells to keep up with my gains in strength

Dee July 1, 2011 at 7:18 pm

I am on day 12. This is the most challenging dvd I have ever had and I have plenty. I too am looking forward to the 90 result. I really can see and feel a big difference in my strength. I started off with 5lb dumbells and moved up to 10 on the chest and back and the arms and shoulders. This is a bootcamp in such a short. I am so happy I purchased. Collage has it also and I got it in three days.

Tommy July 4, 2011 at 12:59 am

Well I finished the program a couple of days ago. I am very pleased. My target was to lose 10 lbs and I hit. I am not a big person by any means, just about 10 lbs overweight, all in the gut area. I started off losing 5 lbs in the first 3 weeks. I changed my eating habits but could not follow their meal plan to a T. Very pleased with the results. Saw some improved definition and the cardio has really help my lung capacity. I started running and found it much easier to do after starting Supreme 90. Iwill take a month off of it and do my own thing and then get back to it. I will stick with my new eating habits but will still cheat from time to time as I love my ice cream and cookies.

Good luck to everyone. Oh, I can honestly say that Tabata kicked my butt every time I did it, that DVD never got easier for me.

rose July 8, 2011 at 6:51 am

Joining in the love for S90! My husband and I are on Day 37. Because we work far from home, we are unable to follow the eating plan; instead, we just watch what and how much calories we take in. My husband is getting much more toned, and though he has gained 5 lbs, he has lost inches. I, on the other hand, have lost a couple of inches but have gained 10 lbs instead. A bit frustrating, but I love how I feel after a good S90 workout! We will be keeping it up despite the weight gain and hope it’ll all work out in the end!

Melissa Linnette July 8, 2011 at 2:48 pm

I am convinced Sally is hiding a scrotum… On a lighter note, I am on day 11 of this workout and I absolutely LOVE it. I notice my clothes fitting baggier and people are pointing out I look noticeably slimmer, however I have gained 3lbs of muscle according to the scale. I’m okay with that because its only day 11 so I know the shedding of pounds should be starting very soon… plus I see the difference when I look in the mirror (as well as others) so Im not too worried about that. I also noticed my energy increase after the first 5 days. Yesterday was my first time doing day 1′s dvd again and I am just blown away by how much my strength has increased. I found that I was able to keep up with 85% of the entire workout as opposed to about 70% my first time. I stopped going to the gym for many months after a bad ankle injury and never started back up… the Supreme 90 day program has been very enjoyable and because of that I am so motivated and pumped to complete this program and stay in shape after. I highly recommend this set, so if you are thinking about purchasing it DO IT without hesitation!! It’s definately worth it.

Todd July 10, 2011 at 8:38 pm

i am on day 62 of this workout and it has been worth every penny so far. I have not followed the eating plan at all (just eating a little healthier and drinking water as opposed to soda/juice and I have lost 14 pounds. I have gone from 170 to 156. I feel a lot healthier and have gotten stronger. Highly recommend this program to anyone who is completely out of shape like I was

Paul July 12, 2011 at 5:55 am

I stumbled on S90 in target by accident. I am on Day 4 and I think it’s fantastic. I live close to the company so the AB rutine came today! Will start that tomorrow!

Judy July 13, 2011 at 6:40 pm

Watch out when you order..the website is confusing and you could easily order more than one copy with no way to cancel. I called to cancel and was told it was cancelled only to recieve it in the mail a week later. Of course I had to keep complaining to the manager to request I get a full refund. I think that the way they have it set-up is a scam and the customer service is a joke. Even if it is a good program I don’t like getting the runaround from them and will take my money elsewhere if I can actually get it back. We need to fight back these mass marketing products that trick you into ordering more than you want too and then hassle you to not get a refund.

wendy July 26, 2011 at 1:57 am

I just found this on (the lakeside collection magazine) for $14.95! While I loved p90x, I just don’t have the time and not being able to do the pull ups or good pushups, the results weren’t as good as they could have been. I have Insanity, but miss the use of weights…. due to all the great reviews, I am purchasing today!

Dave Bee July 27, 2011 at 4:25 am

I just completed day 47 of Supreme 90 Day, and I’ve gotta say that I love it. I have worked out in several gyms, ran, and did calisthenics and such in the past, but never have I achieved such drastic results so quickly. I may not follow the nutrition plan exactly, but I do the best I can, measuring my portions and eating every three hours as recommended. Make no mistake, this program WILL kick your butt, you WILL be doing a lot of cooking, shopping, and dish-washing. But when you start experiencing unexpected side-effects like more energy and stamina in your everyday life (not to mention feeling good about yourself), it all pays off. I do want to try P90X after this, but for now I have to say this has been the best 20 bucks I’ve ever spent.
P.S. Sally is totally a dude and I can’t stand her (him)!

Andrew E July 29, 2011 at 3:39 am

Supreme 90 ROCKS!

I didn’t realize just how out of shape I was until I started this program. I guess sitting at a desk pushing paper for a living (and not working out for about two years) will do that to you.

The first workout kicked my butt and I spent the first few days crying like a little girl. They still keep me huffing and puffing (and hitting the pause button); but things are definitely improving.

I’ve always had a tendency to avoid cardio – and the great thing about this program is that you CAN’T. There’s a little cardio in every workout – plus the primary cardio workouts: Cardio Challenge is really good; but Tabata is insane!

I’m on day 27 and I’m really looking forward to getting through the entire program – so I can start it all over again.

Adam August 3, 2011 at 6:41 pm

I got this set back in May, and started it around the 27th or so. I had someone recommend it to me, and since I haven’t exercised with any consistency in about 3 years, I ordered it (off eBay, not knowing I could get it at every store around me).

I will tell you…if you go on vacation for a week and skip the program, it will make you pay when you start again. I did that twice, and it took me forever to get back to where I was before I left town. I went for this because I was told the work outs are about 30 minutes a piece. Give or take, they are. Not counting warm ups and cool downs, the routines range anywhere from 18 minutes up to 47 minutes. But…those two are extremes. Most work outs are around 32 minutes or so.

Part of me (the non-lazy part) wishes I would have started the eating routine instead of just “watching what I eat,” but I lost a lot of weight in the beginning, then put on muscle mass quickly. I actually weigh more now than I did when I started, but I’ve lost quite a few inches. I think I’m around day 53 or 54 (after missing 13 or 14 days for vacations).

That’s the biggest kick with regular exercise. Losing “weight” shouldn’t be your goal. Muscle weighs so much more than fat. Don’t worry that you’re “weight loss” has plateaued. You’re doing exactly what you should be doing.

dan August 9, 2011 at 8:24 pm

I bought this system in May from Bed, Bath and Beyond – $20 plus I had a 20% off coupon to make it even less!!

It took a while for me to get started. I have just completed the first 30 days and LOVE it. I was a walker before starting this, there is no comparison. It is truly a full body workout. Every muscle I have above my ankles hurt (its a good feeling) as I went through the workouts the first couple of times. I’ve lost 11 pounds in the first 30 days and have substantially increased my strength and endurance.

These workouts are tough, but they are very rewarding and much better than anything I did at the gym or the walking trail. Count me as a hardy endorser!! If you want to get fit, get this. Otherwise, enjoy your walk…

Ray August 10, 2011 at 6:36 am

I’m 5’10, who’s currently 14 (15 next month), overweight weighing around 180 or more pounds, and I just bought this package at the “Tools & More” shop. I have “10-Minute-Trainer” by Beachbody, but I did not complete this program, only “finishing” around 20 days in total due to laziness and lack of motivation.

I’ve decided to buy this product because compared to 10-Minute-Trainer, Supreme 90 Days focuses on SPECIFIC body parts. Whereas 10-MT is a more general workout, (Total Body, Lower Body, Abs, Cardio, & Yoga). I hope to see at least some results at the end of the 3 months, for hopefully I’ll be starting this program in the next week or so. Since I am still a teenager, I’m not going to be following the nutrition guide, but am going to start eating a little bit healthier than the usual Fast Food every couple weeks (hopefully). LOL.

Good luck to those in progress, and starting.

Brandon August 13, 2011 at 8:59 pm

Does this program really work with fat loss? I’m 15, 195 pounds, 5’11, Male, and I purchased this program with hope to lose at least 20 pounds within the 90 days.

I’ve read reviews saying that this program is mainly for TONING or gaining MUSCLE, but what I want is, to lose weight and shed my fat.

Any help?

Mrs. Moore August 15, 2011 at 3:26 am

My husband just got S90 and we are planning on starting it tomorrow. I really appreciate all the posting and reviews from you guys. I was kind of skeptical, but after reading all these reviews I feel good about this challenge. I glad so many of you told us about not being able to follow the meal planning to a T b/c I was going to try…lol…I’ve told my husband to get ready b/c we can’t have anymore Oreos or honeybuns so wish us luck. Just for the record we are not that much overweight we both just want to lose a few pounds and keep it toned….

Susie August 15, 2011 at 4:28 pm

Hey Guys,
I got mine in the clearance section at Target for $13!!! I know I am a little late, but check there if you are still looking for one. Love it! Does anyone do this in addition to Weight Watchers?

Ray August 15, 2011 at 6:48 pm

Starting Supreme 90 today! Just gonna go to Walmart to pick up a few more dumbbells and a couple other essentials. Wish me luck!

Lana August 16, 2011 at 4:02 am

Brandon: I am not an expert, but I would think this program would help you. The toning and gaining of muscle is a good thing. Muscle weighs more than fat, so even if the scales don’t go down, you will look and feel better. Good luck… and keep us updated of your progress.

john August 16, 2011 at 4:12 am

skeptic convert. I recently finished p90x for the fourth time in a row. I was unsure how good this program would be because it was so cheap (9.99 with the bonus ab dvd from amazon). just finished the first work out and am completely impressed. i usually finish p90x workouts with a burnout set of push ups usually 20-30. i tried after the s90 chest and back n could only manage 12 i was so spent. not hard, but definately not easy. the trainer does a very good job of explaining workout. looking forward to see what kind of results this program will produce. $140 or $10. both will get you results its your call

Theresa August 20, 2011 at 12:51 am

I just purchased s90 at Dollar General for $19.00. Some may want to try there. I did notice they only had two on the shelf so they may not carry very many at a time.

denise August 20, 2011 at 2:25 am

This is the best fitness buy you will ever get! Don’t let the price tag fool you into thinking that it can not be a challenging quality product because it most certainly is.
I been working out with DVD’s at home for 20 years (42 now). I have all of the FIRM series and more recently have done Insanity, Chalene Extreme and other Beach Body Workouts.
Although Insanity was VERY challenging – not having weights incorporated made it unusable in the long run for me.
The length of the workouts is also perfect – every one has about 35 minutes a day. Tom Holland is also great – no non-sense, not full of himself and doesn’t talk too much.( Not a big fan of Tony Horton!)
This will be the best 20 bucks you ever spent!

Azu August 20, 2011 at 9:40 pm

I just bought mine at target. It’s on clearance for $9.99 I’m on my third DVD. So far so good!

Riane August 21, 2011 at 7:02 am

I’m 15, 200 lbs, 5’10 and male. I was into Day 6 of this program (loved it), but some things popped up which became my schedule busy… I wasn’t able to workout for 2 days, so I’m going to be RESTARTING on August 22, 2011. Wish me luck, and good luck to all those doing this program!

Pat August 21, 2011 at 7:13 pm

Hi all, I have seen this DVD package in stores and assumed it was a “P90x” style workout regime. Tony Horton certainly did not create muscle confusion workouts, but he certainly placed it on the map.

I’m not here to discuss which one is better, however my one concern is the lack of pull-ups and yoga-style day of balance and stretching. With that said, it seems like you are all working hard and believing in yourself. Is that not the most important lesson?

For those who like to add dumbell weight to their program I recommend “Gold’s Gym Select Weights”. They go up to 50 pounds (lowest is 10) and are the best value. You can go up in 2 1/2 pound increments too. The downside is the size of the handles and are bulky.
I started out with the 25 pound reebok select weights and went up from there to add bulk to my frame.

I take it a lot of folks here went to this product because of money, which I don’t blame ya. The one upside with a Beachbody produc is that you get free use of their message boards (but this seems like a great community, too).

Blessings to all of you and continue to challenge yourself!

Cal August 22, 2011 at 9:07 pm

I purchased mine brand new off ebay for $10 with free shipping. Can’t wait for it to get here.

Riane August 25, 2011 at 4:42 am

I just ordered the Bonus Rock Hard Abs DVD for 5.99 from CANADA, and I was wondering how long it usually takes to arrive? Also, will I receive any notification about my order to my email? I ordered it at 9:30, it’s 9:42 now and haven’t received any email regarding my order…

Dennis Brown August 26, 2011 at 9:08 pm

Glad to find this review of the Supreme 90 day workout. I saw it in Dick’s Sporting goods a couple of month’s ago and wondered how it compared to P90X. I have P90X but am looking for something to provide some variety. I just started back on P90X after a several year layoff trying other routines (Body by Science, Clarence Bass, and others). I need the balance and dicipline of working out frequently with lots of variety. P90X provides that balance. I think Supreme 90 will provide more variety as well. I like the idea of mixing it up more.

Here’s a tip for those who try to follow the video’s in any system. Purchase a good interval timer (GymBoss is a good one), write out the routines and use the timer to set your own pace. Don’t try to follow the DVD’s.

Dennis Brown August 26, 2011 at 9:21 pm

Based on the discussion here I just purchased the Supreme 90 day system at for less than $16. I went to Dicks to purchase it but they no longer had it.

One more thought – as to why P90X costs so much more 1. Marketing and 2. Profits. Beachbodies does international promotions and a ton of TV advertising. I bet their profit margins are much higher as well.

Jake August 27, 2011 at 5:01 am

Bought the Supreme 90 DVD’s at Target and made the mistake of ordering the abs DVD using the phone number for $5.99. It tries to sell you a bunch of stuff starting with a pull up bar and going on to travel discounts and “amethyst earrings.” Who would want that from a fitness site? I kept saying “NO” and it said “You have declined (whatever)” but when it got to the vitamins I said “NO” and it said “Thank you.” Kept going and no review or confirmation at the end of the call. Called customer service in the morning. “Your order’s not in the system, call tomorrow.” Called tomorrow same story. And the next day. That night I see my order on the GETORDERSTATUS website. So I call in the morning. “We can’t change your order IT’S BEEN SHIPPED.” Really. Before the bank paid. The website says it’s on 10-15 day backorder. But they say it’s been shipped. Sure enough despite four calls they billed me $65.96 for vitamins I did not order and do not want. DO NOT CALL THE PHONE NUMBER. Google “Telebrands complaints” or “Telebrands ripoff.” I wish I had!

Bill August 29, 2011 at 12:30 am

My wife and I have completed the 90 day workouts. We stated round 2 about 3 weeks ago. I would recommend this to anyone looking to workout at home and see results. All you need is an exercise mat, ball, and dumbells. I use adjustable dumbells (Power Blocks) that go from 5-50lbs. We did not do the eating plan, but could still tell a difference in how our clothes fit and the strength we developed. These workouts are challenging and they mix it up everyday. At $19.99 for all the DVD’s and the eating plan…how can you go wrong?

Desiree August 29, 2011 at 4:25 am

I finally bought the supreme 90 day workout set!! Im so excited to start tomorrow. Reading all the reviews definitely makes me feel like this was 20.00 well spent . Funny thing is that I stopped in the DOLLAR GENERAL store( yes the dollar general) for some laundry detergent and there they were 3 supreme 90 day kits left on the shelf! I wouldnt be surprised if 7-11 started selling the kits soon. :) :)

Riane August 31, 2011 at 3:51 am

Does anyone know where the Supreme 90 Day Company / Factory is located? Like, where the stuff is being manufactured and shipped from?

Randy September 6, 2011 at 2:40 pm

I got this at Target on clearance for less then $14. So far it has been worth every penny. After the first 2 days i was hurting pretty bad. Wanted to give up but have stuck with it. I am on day 14. I am a large man with a big gut but i am seeing results. I have also been eating MUCH healthier since the end of July. With God’s help i am looking forward to a much healthier me. I feel so motivated by this program. That is what i am going to do right now! I give God all the glory.

Chris September 6, 2011 at 5:52 pm

This is now on sale at Target for $9.99 in Omaha, NE

Matt September 7, 2011 at 4:05 am

Just bought it at target last week and bought a stability ball there too. The system and the stability ball cost me around 20$ together. I had my own dumbells. I have completed days 1-7 and I enjoy the workouts as I am using them to get back into shape along with my own diet plan that I mapped out. I’m hoping to drop body fat and add lean muscle and get back to the shape I was in last summer. I eat about 5-7 times a day combination of eggs, chicken/steak, vegetables, fruit, and low-carb protein shakes probably 4-5 days a week. The other days I cheat a little but one key is to DRINK MOSTLY WATER. If you hvae to have diet soda, have ONE every two-three bottles of water.

The workout system is great. It comes with a calendar to follow which I have been doing. Day 3 is your first of 12 rest days which are BUILT INTO the system. So in essence, even though its 90 days, its only 78 workouts in those 90 days.

I have the Insanity system and while I will say Insanity cardio workout is tougher, its supposed to be because that system is only 60 days.

So far, Tabata Inferno has been the most difficult of the workouts but here are the workouts and the little synopsis that is given on the package.

Chest and Back (Create a powerful and shapely upper body using traditional exercises!)
Ultimate Ball (A fun, non-impact cardio workout on an exercise ball!)
Tabata Inferno (A non-stop conditioning experience full of adrenaline and sweat!)
Shoulders and Arms (Build the defined arms you’ve always wanted!)
Cardio Challenge (Keep your heart rate up. Break-down fat and build lean muscle!)
Legs (Feel the burn! The ultimate lower body experience)
Total Body (A vigorous workout to shred, shed, and strenghten!)
Core Dynamics (Hit your core from every angle and develop a lean, strong mid-section!)
Back and Bi’s (Sculpt your back and biceps with this supercharged strength workout!)
Chest, Shoulders, and Tri’s (Chisel your upper body with this intense workout!)
Bonus Supreme Rock Hard Abs (Mail-In Offer, just pay $5.99 processing fee. See insert for details.)

Its worth noting that the Bonus Rock Hard abs disc is NOT on the calendar of the 90 days. I haven’t purchased it yet but I am planning to.

For the price, supreme90day is a great workout system. I would give it 5 out of 5 stars any day, except the instructor (I’m on about day 70 and I still can’t remember his name) is not quite on par with Tony Horton or Shaun T. So I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Instead of motivating, he’ll say things like, “well, you’re probably not doing as much weight or as fast as we are here.” Or he’ll make you think you’re on your last circuit and you still have 2 more to go. Or he loses track of what workout we’re about to do. He also seems a little awkward when demonstrating the exercises.

He just seems to be de-motivating and not as knowledgeable about the exercises (with as constructive instructions) as others. He’s good, just not great.

But overall, for the price, and the intensity & time commitment for each day’s exercise, I’d definitely recommend supreme90day and am glad we picked it up.

I’m a P90X owner/user, and after several rounds am interested in seeing if this will provide a viable change. Just purchased at Bed/Bath/Beyond, and will be starting next week. Really interested in the fact that this is supposed to be a bit less time per day. Based upon reviews here I may still use the comparable P90X warm-ups, as I like their targeted approach. Curious to see if this is eventually something I would either alternate with P90X, or if the two could be hybrid. I’ll report back after my first 30 days.

I just bought this at Target for $5! Gotta love the clearance LOL! I can’t wait to start… I have done P90X, lost 15 pounds on it and, I loved it… but, it was a little too advanced for me. By reading some posts, it seems like this may not be as intense.

The feedback is incredible… Thanks to all of you who posted. I didn’t want to wait the 5-6 weeks for delivery. Thanks to your comments I just purchased mine at Bed Bath and Beyond with the 20% off coupon, total came to 14.99. That is cheaper than my gym membership. I have P90 and had a hard time following it. I think I got a little gun shy after hearing 2 of my friends blew out their knees. Also the workouts were so long I found myself cutting out before it was done. I am anxious to try the Supreme90 day because I need something that I can do at home. I will be starting in the next day or two depending on my work schedule. I will check back and let you know how it goes.

Starting the plan back up after having completed it in June. Since that time I have been running, 2-3 miles, 4-5 times a week and doing circuit workouts.

Did Tabata Inferno today and you would have thought I had not been doing a thing. It kicked my butt. That DVD is a killer.

I found the supreme 90 day workout dvd set at dollar general for $20. I am a martial artist, and hold a Black Belt in 5 styles, but I have stopped training and working out for quite a while due to work schedule/commitments. Unfortunately, I have become rather out of shape & overweight, and have been looking for something to use to get back in shape at home before going full blast back into training. I fast forwarded through a good bit of the first dvd before actually working out along with it, just to see what I was getting into. ” I thought to myself, “this won’t be that hard. I used to workout more than this everyday!”. So, I decided to start using it yesterday. Apparently, I GREATLY underestimated the workout (and how out of shape I am). I haven’t pushed myself that hard in a long time! I started sweating about 2/3 of the way through, & woke up pretty sore this morning. I just did the second DVD, the ultimate ball workout, a couple of hours ago, and sat down on the couch afterwards to relax & unwind a little. when I tried to stand up, though, my abs were so sore I could barely stand back up! I am pushing myself past what I should probably be doing right now, as out of shape as I am, but I’m keeping up with the people on the DVD, and can actually tell that I’m getting a real workout. I’m pretty sure I will be sticking with this for the full 90 days, and have found just the thing I was looking for to help me get back to where I was before, to say the least!

Angie October 12, 2011 at 7:44 pm

I am anxiously waiting for Supreme 90 to come in the mail. I workout with P90 & P90x and have been looking for something new to add to the mix, especially after 3 years. I haven’t found anything that comes close. I recently learned of S90, but it really seems too good to be true with a price tag like that. I can hardly wait after reading all the positive feed back, especially from those who BRING IT! :)))

Melissa October 13, 2011 at 11:19 pm

I am on day 3 of S90. I have lost 4 pounds so far which I cant tell because thats like ghost weight to me but it makes me feel amazing that I have lost weight. Day 1 and 2 kicked my tail, I needed the rest day for sure, day 3 ( T Inferno ) was a whole new ball of wax. I was pouring sweat and breathing like a horse with no water. I must say I feel amazing guys and gals. The videos make you want to just keep pushing yourself and thats what I do. Its over before you know it. I have not excercised or worked out in 2 years so I go at my own pace and I do not follow the eating program. I am on a 1200 calorie diet that I follow with MyFitnessPal on my smart phone. Super easy. S90 is amazing!! and for the price, come on! its a must try for sure! I want immediate results but I know that wont happen, it took me 2 years to get fat so its gonna take me more than 2 days to get toned and skinny. just dont give up!! you can do this if you want it bad enough! good luck :)

Kelly October 18, 2011 at 7:02 pm

Bought my DVD Supreme 90 at Dollar General for $10. I’m looking forward to seeing good results. Thanks for posting all the encouraging comments. I’ll let you know how ‘fit’ I’m feeling in 90 days. I have 45-50 pounds to lose and I know that isn’t going to happen in 90 days but if i’m seeing results I know it will encourage me to keep going. Wish me luck…no…make that ‘happy weight lose’ :)

Johnny's October 30, 2011 at 10:14 am

First of all, only a handful of people responded to the question, other than, ” I just ordered it!”.

I’m in the second week and think the exercises are excellent. They are doable for everyone at any level, you just may not be able to keep up with them naturally. He says this all through the videos, and most alternate 30 seconds ON, 30 seconds rest. Which I find great. I’ve already noticed that I’m more stronger and can go further in just the second week. Core is emphasized in every workout to some degree, and then a dedicated video to core is given a few times a week. Workouts are fun, challenging and change a lot so they don’t get boring.

This appears to be a GREAT investment for $20 at best buy!! get It!

More reviews in a few more weeks. Good luck!

I am on day 84. This system works. There is nothing easy about the exercises. I have gained muscle and lost weight using the system. There are workouts I hate, because they are hard, but if I didn’t hate them, they wouldn’t be effective.

As for muscle confusion, I used to be a USCF licensed bicycle racer who rode 8,000 miles a year. Your body can become so efficient that you actually can slow down your metabolism. My personal trainer warned me of this, and when I hit my mid thirties, no matter how much I rode, I couldn’t burn calories like I once did. The result wasn’t good and eventually I got frustrated and gave up riding. The problem was is my body wasn’t confused by what I was doing, so it became efficient. This is the idea muscle confusion is based on.

I am going to buy it today. 10 dvds plus extra abs dvd for $9.99 from Bed Bath & Beyond. Way cheaper than from the actual site and I don’t have to wait for it. I joined the gym a few weeks ago. I love doing weights. I hate doing treadmill, elliptical, etc. because I get extremely bored extremely quick (which in turn makes me think I’m too tired to stay on them). I lost 29 lbs just by walking on my treadmill and cutting calories. I’m at 141 lbs right now. Wouldnt mind losing a few more, but would love to get toned up. Hopefully I can stay motivated and it works.. Ill post about progress

Jo December 13, 2011 at 9:21 pm

I just pick this set up for 6.99 at Ross. can not wait to start them!!! i hope this helps!

Jo December 14, 2011 at 9:36 pm

Well, did my first dvd this morning and I really think this is going to be a great program! I can’t wait to do tomorrows!!

Candice December 15, 2011 at 5:47 pm

This is a great thread group! Stumbled across this series last night in a BB forum and decided to check into it. Saw a YouTube of one of the workouts (I don’t even have the set yet, but saw “Sally” and HATE her! lol. I found this online @ Bed Bath and Beyond for $9.99 WITH the bonus ab DVD (and available at my local store)! With a 20% coupon :-), the complete set with bonus is $7.99! What’s not to love? I ordered the 10-Minute Trainer and Shakeology for a BB Challenge about a week ago (still waiting for it to arrive) but I am DEFINITELY going to get this tonight on my way home. We have P90X and Insanity at home, but P90X is just too time consuming and Insanity is just…insane. I am a Lifetime WW member so I will continue my eating habits from that and see how it goes. I would like to do TMT in the am and Supreme 90 in the pm. Anyone else doing a hybrid program?

Christopher December 26, 2011 at 12:14 am

I just got the Supreme 90 day system from my brother for Christmas, something we plan to do together. We are both in our mid-twenties and in good shape, we workout with free weights and plyometrics at home independently, and have been lifting off and on for a few years now. I have a supercharged metabolism and have never been able to gain much weight ( I am currently 6 foot 1 inch 155lbs). I have used creatine, protein powder (whey and soy), and once even tried a 7k calorie diet to no avail ( my new obsession is a whey protein, ovaltine, whole milk and Brewer’s yeast shake). My brother is a different story, he is trying to shed a few lbs. and get back into shape. So far looking over the system I’m very impressed and I can’t wait to get started, but I am a skeptic as I have been trying to reach my 170lbs weight goal for 5 years now and have had very little progress. I’ll be back in a week or two with an update of my progress representing the slim guys trying to make a gain.

Arnold January 28, 2012 at 11:05 am

My girlfriend got me the Supreme 90 day program for New Years (I used to workout consistently but got super lazy and just stopped) I am on my 2nd week, and it is awesome. I am already feeling the results. These exercises are pretty high intensity. I have never sweated as much working out in my previous years of working out. I feel stronger and healthier. The best things about these workouts, are that they are pretty short. All workouts are under an hour so it is great for those who don’t have much time. You only need a stability ball and a few dumbbells. This is a great system and I highly recommend that anyone who wants to get into shape to try it. It’s only $20, you won’t regret it.

Maria February 6, 2012 at 9:07 pm

I bought the 90 Day Supreme at a local Bed,Bath and Beyond. I absoulutely love it!!! Totally worth every penny. I have been on it a month now. Going to start my second month tomorrow. I have noticed quiet a difference in my body shape. My clothes are much looser on me. Good idea to take your measurements before starting, which I forgot to do. But will be doing now before I start my second month. I definitely recommend the 90 Day Supreme!

Donna February 19, 2012 at 3:38 pm

I work at Half Price Books and we got it in and put it out for $3 as a clearance DVD set. I purchased it for my 15 year old son who is 6’1 and 273 lbs. He’s built like a line backer. I have also seen this at WalMart for 19.98. We live in Indiana so check WalMart. Also, we have gotten in P90x, Brazilian Butt Lift, and 6 week body makeover. Definitely if you have a Half Price Books near you check there first! Good luck!!

Supreme 90 is better then p90x plain and simple. I bought these dvds from olympia sports got the whole set for 5 bucks unreal deal. I did the p90x dvds twice and although they were challenging supreme 90 is harder. the cardio for supreme 90 is much harder then p90x it is more geared towards HIIT training and for the price you cant beat it. I payed 130.00 for p90x and 5.00 for supreme 90, Tony horton anit got shit on this

LatinNYCLady April 11, 2012 at 10:01 pm

Just bought this whole kit for $6.99 @ Ross Department Store in Orlando Fl. I will begin soon and will post more on how it worked for me. I think for this prince is a good deal considering I seen the same kit @ Walmart for @19.99. a week ago

Lloyd May 21, 2012 at 2:03 pm

hello all!
Very encouraged by all the reviews/feedback here! I’m a 51 yr. old, 6’2, 190 lbs. male and received S90 from my wife at the end of Jan./12, who found it in a store in Pheonix, Arizona for 6.99! I’ve lived a fitness lifestyle since my 20′s so i’ve always been in fairly good shape and eat fairly decent. I also used to lift weights on a regular basis about 10 years ago. When i got this video set, I was doing mostly cardio routines on videos like “Firm” doing a bit of boxing, and playing hockey. I had also just picked up 2 of Jillian Michaels videos and found they kicked my butt real good!
I must say I love the S90 system! The workouts are incredibly challenging if one makes them so by giving as close to 100% as possible. I have almost finished the 90 days now and have never been in better condition. My weight is about the same but i’ve definately increased muscle mass and definition! Tabata Inferno and Total Body workouts really are insane and yeah, that Sally, wow! On some rest days and on stability ball days, i would do the J. Michaels workouts instead. Even thoh i’m finished a 90 day cycle, i still cannot completely follow the cadence of the videos without stopping occasionally to catch my breath/recover!
At age 51 i do need to watch my heart rate!? lol However, this system will alwayz be challenging as all one needs to do is first, to simply keep up, and second, to use heavier weights! Gonna take a few days off and then begin another 90 day set. Oh, by the way, I don’t follow the meal plan but i do use whey proteins/muscle recovery powders in milk, water, or juices.
Stay healthy and work safe everyone….gonna be so much more fun at the beach this summer!

Robin July 29, 2012 at 5:29 pm

I have never left a review of a product but had to join the band wagon of ‘gotta get this one” gang! I am on day 17 or so & am thankful its a rest day but still thinking about popping in a video. I see definite changes in my body & strength. I can actually do a REAL push up now! I am sore & can hardly rise from a chair but I feel GREAT! Looking forward to 30 day milestone, will update then. My husband said he can’t believe how I’m sticking to this…ADDICTING!

Brian December 22, 2012 at 4:50 am

All I can say is WOW! I travel for a living and have gotten very out of shape over the last 20 years. I am now 45. I have to admit that I have had bad health habits on top of all of that.
So, one day during my travels I walk into a second hand store and saw a brand new set of Supreme 90 Day for $5.00. I knew I had to get into shape, so I figured, what the heck?

Fast forward to 9 months later. I have started and stopped the program several times due to taking care of sick parents. I am on Day 90 of the plan, and despite the interruptions in my routine I have seen great results!! I curse the videos every time I do them. LOL.
I have recently started doing them with my neighbor. We have focused on the lifting a videos a couple of days a week and I do the other videos on his off days.
I have to say that I am so grateful to have stumbled across S90 videos. I recommend them to everyone.

Angeleque January 24, 2013 at 5:31 pm
