		<description>Weight loss is so much more than calories in vs calories out. Afterall, our bodies are a thermodynamic (heat) system. For ab muscles to show up, a not so easy task, you have to get rid of the fat over the abdomen, too. Takes a bit more cardiovascular than 5 minutes at a time. However, check out thermodynamics  and the body... Maybe a Timothy Ferriss book? More to it. Don&#039;t let someone give u the old &#039;calories in vs calories out&#039; speech. That&#039;s as much junk as the food pyramid... Good luck to you.</description>

		<description>I am just starting on my abcircle. I have been on it everyday for about 5minutes for nearly 2 weeks. I find my shoulders are hurting the most. Is this normal to start of with ? Also at this stage i am not seeing any real results. Im not dieting but I also have a cross trainer which Im on for 30minutes a day !</description>
