The Cardio Twister Reviews
If you decide that you would like to exercise at home, the Cardio Twister would be a good piece of equipment for you. It consists of a step which moves from side to side in a lateral or skating motion, and a set of handlebars which twist of their own accord as you pedal.
So your legs move up and down and side to side in the same movement, you hold the handlebars and twist from side to side. It is important to keep your back straight and your shoulders relaxed as you do this, to get the best of the movement.
Unlike conventional steppers, the step on the Cardio Twister does not just work the front and back of the thighs. Because of the innovative lateral movement, the inside and outside of your thighs are also worked. Inner and outer thigh is a problem area for many people, especially women. The lateral movement of the Cardio Twister engages all of the leg muscles, giving increased calorie burn plus toning for lean shapely legs.
The movement of the handlebars means that you twist at the waist, working both your abdominals and your oblique muscles (these are the muscles at the sides of the waist which can be quite hard to isolate). Working your waist muscles as well as your leg muscles means increased calorie burn; the more muscles you can work at the same time, the greater your fat loss will be.
The Cardio Twister incorporates seven different levels of resistance, so you can go from a purely Cardio workout to a resistance workout which makes your leg muscles work harder, thus toning and strengthening them. To be fair, a man would not probably get the resistance he needed to build his muscles, but these levels of resistance will be perfect for a woman. We don’t want big and bulky muscles anyway!. The twisting part of the movement is quite unique in Cardio machines; this will sculpt your core muscles and help to give you lean abs and a trim waistline.
Of course, it is pointless starting on an exercise program without taking a long hard look at how much you are eating. If you eat extra because you are exercising, you will put on weight as opposed to losing it! This does not mean that you should starve yourself either – just the opposite. What you need is to eat sensible portions of healthy food at regular intervals. Try to starve yourself in order to lose some weight and your body will fight back by burning muscle tissue instead of fat and hanging on to your fat for all it’s worth!
The Cardio Twister package offers well-balanced diet advice, with an Express Meal Plan and also a Thin, Trim and Tasty meal plan, giving you ideas for lower calorie eating without sacrificing all the foods that you love. It really is not necessary to suffer and deprive yourself in order to lose weight! The Cardio Twister also comes with two workouts; the Advanced Super Twist Rip ānā Ride Workout, and the Cardio Twist Express Workout. A digital training computer is also included to record time spent exercising and calories burnt; a very useful motivational tool.
In my opinion, the Cardio Twister offers good value for money at under $160 and
will certainly help you lose weight and tone up with regular use.

I purchased the cardio twister but cannot get the bottom section tightened enough. I use it but it’s very loose and wobbles, has anyone a suggestion as how to tighten it up? The screws are already as tight as they will go.
The one I tried didn’t seem wobbly but then it was brand new. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the threads are stripped on the screws holding the bottom section together. Maybe someone else could shed some light on this?
I am so amazed at how interesting the info is on this web site. I have written down this web page and I truly plan on visiting the site in the next few days. Keep up the excellent work!
