Kettleworx – Does it Or Doesn’t It Work?

KettleWorx 6 Week Body TransformationAnother Infomercial has caught my attention The Ketleworx. As I love reviewing this type of equipment I’ve ordered one and when I receive it I’ll be posting a complete review.

On the face of it it looks like a fantastic idea. Kettlebells have been around for a number of years and do give great results if you stick with them.

My only reservation on this type of exercise is that for the average out of condition person it can be not only challenging but down right dangerous. If the exercises are not done in good form it’s easy to injure yourself.

I would say it all depends on the quality of the instruction in the supplied DVDs. As long as they are progressive and start at a fairly basic level it should be perfectly safe.

I’m excited about Kettleworx because I think it has the potential to be a great fat burner and will enable you to get great results in a short space of time.

If you were to combine this workout with the Firm Wave or T-Bow your results could be even faster!

Watch this space as soon as it arrives I’ll give you my opinion.

hi

i just ordered the kettleworx dvd set 6 week programme and was wondering how you got on with yours.. i already have with one 20lb ketllebell. i read somewhere that the 20lb could cause me to bulk up and now i’m not sure whether or not i should purchase a smaller KB or if the 20lb would be okay. my goal is to lose weight and tone and i really don’t want to bulk up..
im 5″7 and currently weigh 150lbs if that helps.

thanks

I don’t understand why women are so afraid of bulking up. There’s nothing wrong with a little bit of muscle. If anything I would rather look like a strong woman than a weak twig who can’t do anything. Besides the fact, its impossible for women to bulk up because they don’t have the proper chemicals in their bodies to bulk up. (Unless you’re on performance enhancing drugs). Don’t be afraid of some muscle. The more muscle you build, the more calories your body burns.

I think the workout is meant for women to use a 10 lb weight and men to use a 15 lb weight. We have both the Wettle Worx and Kettle Worx advanced. My husband and I have gone through each of them twice, so we are no novices. It is a fat burning program. Not a “bulk up” program. I am not afraid of bulking up, but you will strain your body if you try to use heavy kettle bells with this.
If you want to bulk up I recomment Pavel’s kettle bell workouts on off days.

Oops we don’t have Wettle Worx. We have Kettle Worx. Sorry for the misspelling. I completely forgot to review the product. We are very satisfied. The best thing about it is time. There is absolutely no rest or downtime. You move very quickly from one set to the next. The instructional video is very good, and it shows and encourages modifications throughout the workout. I am sold.
